1. Who we are

Wira-XO is operated by Moloo Sobon Involabs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our marketplace connecting talent and clients.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, country, role (talent / client / admin).
  • Profile data: headline, bio, skills, hourly rate, portfolio links, certifications, languages.
  • Marketplace data: jobs, applications, contracts, timesheets, invoices, payouts.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store only metadata (status, last4, brand).
  • Technical data: IP address, device, browser, cookies, log data.

3. How we use data

We process personal data to:

  • Provide and operate the platform (auth, matching, payments, payouts).
  • Communicate transactional updates (verification, billing, contract events).
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve the product through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract performance, legitimate interest, consent (where required), and legal obligation.

5. Sharing

We share data with sub-processors strictly to run the service: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), and email delivery providers. We never sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 8).

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security and role-based permissions. Passwords are hashed and screened against known breach databases.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data. Email privacy@wira-xo.com.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards for transfers from the EEA / UK.
